As a unique peer led community, we provide a sense of belonging and knowing that you are in the company of those that may have been where you are! Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to better their mental health and wellbeing and begin to live a more content and fulfilled life.
We aim to support and aid our community members who are experiencing difficulties with mental health, addiction and many other complex life challenges.
We do this by supporting a journey of positive personal change through recovery, rehabilitation and re-integration into society.
